Chelsea Jackson Roberts, “The fullness of my experiences make me who I am”

This is where the subhead goes where we talk about how you need to do your research and two other things

Chelsea Jackson Roberts in Pigeon pose

Dr. Chelsea Jackson Roberts joins me on the podcast today. You may know Chelsea from her current post as a Peloton yoga teacher, or from her numerous Yoga Journal covers, or as co-founder of Red Clay Yoga in Atlanta, or even from her weekly meditations with her buddy Jennifer Garner.

Accolades and achievements aside, Chelsea is incredibly open, down-to-earth, and self-aware. She shares what it’s like to go from working as a third grade teacher to becoming a yoga teacher for a world-renowned company like Peloton and how she plans to utilize her platform to make yoga more accessible to more people who need it.
