Most of us have felt insecure from time to time. Occasionally that insecurity shows up as Imposter Syndrome, or feeling like a fraud or unworthy of the position or title you hold

On this episode we explore the different reasons imposter syndrome might arise for yoga teachers and how to reframe things so that you don’t get in your own way. We also reflect on the role that gender can play, and when imposter syndrome might be an important signal that you don’t want to ignore.
