Tis the season!

It’s the official start of the holiday season in the United States this week. And while there is much to love about the holidays, there’s no denying that this time of year can also be really difficult.

On this episode, we talk about applying allll the things we practice in yoga to help you handle the toughest holiday situations. And there’s a cornucopia to choose from: You might have challenging family dynamics or a polarizing political discussion around the dinner table. Or you might be dealing with loneliness. Consider this your “yoga for coping with the holidays” guide.

If you enjoy this episode, head over to, 7 Ways to Use Mindfulness to Navigate the Holidays. I wrote this blog post first and it inspired the conversation between me and Jason.

I hope you will let us know if you enjoy this episode. We love sharing the ways that we use our practice in real life. You can always email us at [email protected]. Or you can share it on social media, or leave us a review on Apple Podcasts or Spotify. Thanks, as always, for listening.
