  1. Fascinating talk, very much like the concept of using as wide a definition of core as possible especially when challenging the requests from some students for classes focusing only on their core muscles – by which they mean rectus abdominus! Thank you

  2. This was a great episode! Thank you – I really loved the different ways to break down ‘the core’ – and how the more historical concepts are still relevant in defining these concepts of ‘core’. Thank you both

  3. I really loved this episode, with the integration of yoga philosophy to anatomy and back to yoga philosophy. The Vedic scholars knew so much!
